IF YOU WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PURCHASED PRODUCT(S), SEND US AN E-MAIL.
Purchased products may, within 30 days after receipt, be returned or exchanged without stating a reason.
If you want to exchange or dissolve a purchasement, you need to return the product with all supplied attachments – if possible in a reasonably – original state in its packaging to us, according to our instructions. Hereby should be taken into account that the product(s) can be sold again by Nordic Interior Design.

COSTS IN CASE OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE
If you use your right to withdraw or dissolve the purchase, only the costs of returning the product(s) will be on your account.
If you wish to exchange a product for another product, we will send the exchanged item without extra shipping costs to you.
Should the returned item(s) be damaged or contain traces of use, or has the package insufficiently been stamped, then the costs of this will be deducted from the to-be-refunded amount.
When we have delivered the wrong product(s) or another mistake has occurred in the delivery of your order which is to blame on us, we will take full responsibility and all costs of returning your order will be at our expense.
YOUR PURCHASE PRICE
After receipt of your return shipment we will refund your purchase price to you as soon as possible, but at latest within 14 days after receipt of the products.
To prevent fraud with refunds, the (IBAN) account number - on which the refund has to be made - must be identical to the account number from which we have received your payment. Our online payments provider will refund only to the same account or card as from which the payment has been done in the first place.
